Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician at Barker Ross Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative regulations, internal policies, and external health and safety requirements.
  • Cleaning Services: Provide a high-quality cleaning service that meets our contractual requirements, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our building users.
  • Stock Management: Control stock levels and order consumables to ensure efficient service delivery through the correct channels.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate machinery safely and in accordance with guidelines and training provided.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all duties are completed to a high standard, meeting our quality expectations.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any concerns or issues to the supervisor immediately, ensuring prompt action is taken to resolve any problems.

Requirements:

  • Operational Knowledge: Proven experience in facilities maintenance, cleaning services, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and safety.
