Job Summary
CBSButler is seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the design, manufacture, and maintenance of systems and products meet the highest levels of reliability and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct reliability and maintainability analysis and engineering tasks to influence the design and future sustainment of platforms and systems.
- Collaborate with engineering capability teams and central function to influence current and longer-term skills and processes.
- Represent the Supportability Engineering team at technical reviews, integration activities, and planning events.
- Provide technical guidance, advice, mentoring, and support to junior or less experienced engineers.
- Ensure alignment between reliability and maintainability engineering, safety engineering, and human factors engineering in reliability analysis activities.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in a relevant engineering field.
- Knowledge of reliability, availability, maintainability, and testability principles.
- Experience in applying reliability, maintainability, and testability (R, M, & T) engineering tools, techniques, and approaches on complex programs.
- Knowledge and experience in applying international and/or military standards and specifications relevant to reliability engineering.
