We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team as a Pharmacy Manager at our private hospital in Chatham, Kent. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and providing exemplary pharmacy services in accordance with current legislation and clinical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advice to consultants, other clinicians, and patients on the safe and effective use of medicines.
- Ensure the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines across the hospital.
- Lead and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality services.
- Advise on the safe management of medicines to the hospital and its departments.
- Lead quality improvement projects and audits within pharmacy.
- Be GPHC registered with no restrictions or conditions.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- At least 4 years of experience working as a Pharmacist in a hospital setting in the UK.
- Managerial experience in a Pharmacy setting in the UK is essential.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
