Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our business leaders, as well as developing and implementing financial plans and strategies.

About the Role

We are a dynamic and growing company, and we are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to play a key role in our financial planning and analysis team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in leading and managing a team of finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  2. Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  3. Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, including financial analysts and accountants
  4. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  5. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements
  1. Qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA, or equivalent experience
  2. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a similar role
  3. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of finance professionals
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business leaders and other stakeholders
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial plans and strategies
