Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coach to join our team. As a Sales Coach, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training programs to our sales team, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design and deliver training sessions on sales techniques, customer service strategies, and product knowledge to new and existing sales personnel.
  • Conduct Coaching Sessions: Provide one-on-one coaching to sales reps to improve their performance and provide feedback on their progress.
  • Assess Training Needs: Identify the training needs of the sales team and develop customized training plans to address these needs.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and changes to ensure training content is relevant and effective.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers: Work closely with sales managers to identify areas of improvement and provide targeted training solutions.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and surveys and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a training or coaching role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively train and coach sales reps.
  • Knowledge of Sales Techniques: Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service strategies.
  • Motivational Skills: Ability to motivate and inspire sales reps to achieve their sales goals.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple training programs and coaching sessions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using training technologies and tools.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt training content to different learning styles and skill levels.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
