We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Children's Safeguarding (Long Term) Teams in Children's Services. As a Social Worker, you will work in partnership with children, young people, and their families to co-create plans that meet their identified needs.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with families and other professionals to keep children within their naturally connected networks wherever safe and possible.
- Develop and implement plans to achieve permanency outside of family, while maintaining connections in accordance with the child's needs.
- Contribute to a hybrid working environment, combining office, home, and community work.
- A competitive salary of £43,221 - £49,464, including a £3,000 market supplement.
- Manageable caseloads and supportive management.
