About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Children's Safeguarding (Long Term) Teams in Children's Services. As a Social Worker, you will work in partnership with children, young people, and their families to co-create plans that meet their identified needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with families and other professionals to keep children within their naturally connected networks wherever safe and possible.
  • Develop and implement plans that meet the needs of children and their families.
  • Provide support and guidance to families to help them achieve permanency outside of family, while maintaining connections in accordance with the child's needs.
