We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Manager to join our team at Connells, a leading estate agency and property services provider in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for marketing properties, liaising with local branch networks, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Properties: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.
- Liaising with Branch Networks: Collaborate with local branch teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales activities.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the team.
