About the Role

  • As a Property Valuer at haart Estate Agents, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, generating new and repeat business, and marketing properties to buyers.
  • You will work closely with our team to ensure that properties are marketed effectively and that our clients receive exceptional service.
  • With a focus on delivering outstanding customer service, you will be the face of haart Estate Agents and play a key role in building our reputation in the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to generate new and repeat business.
  • Market properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills, including creating eye-catching brochures and utilizing social media platforms.
  • Complete contracts on properties and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Upsell additional products and services to clients to increase revenue and build customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that properties are marketed effectively and that our clients receive exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Experience as an Estate Agent who is ready to take the next step in their career.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and make decisions in a fast-paced sales environment.
