About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabric Engineer to join our team at Strumasters. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including PPMs and reactive work, across fabric and electrical systems.
  2. Work closely with staff to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  3. Collaborate with sub-contractors on site as needed.
  4. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and report any issues to management.
  5. Deal with client escalations and suggest proactive solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with a Facilities Management Service Provider.
  2. Relevant qualifications, such as IOSH, Level 2 or 3 in electrical installation, and 18th Edition wiring regulations.
  3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to maintenance.
