As a key member of our team at NOV Inc, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our Spare Parts department. Reporting to the Spare Parts Manager, you will be responsible for the quotation and sales of all spares as required by our customers. Your exceptional collaboration skills will be essential in liaising with peers and key stakeholders to solve problems, improve performance, and achieve business targets and customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maximise sales revenue and demonstrate commitment to surpass internal and external customers' expectations.
- Drive continual improvement processes, working with various disciplines to ensure a smooth and timely transition from customer order to customer delivery.
- Enhance the spares sales process capabilities, leveraging your exceptional appreciation of customer deadlines to turn customer-driven requirements into profitable solutions in line with our business strategy.
- Provide administrative support to the department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- High School level education
- Degree qualification (preferable but not essential)
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP/Oracle etc.,)
- Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Data Analysis, Data reporting
- Previous experience of working with a Parts Numbering system would be an advantage
