Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maximise sales revenue and demonstrate commitment to surpass internal and external customers' expectations.
  • Drive continual improvement processes, working with various disciplines to ensure a smooth and timely transition from customer order to customer delivery.
  • Enhance the spares sales process capabilities, leveraging your exceptional appreciation of customer deadlines to turn customer-driven requirements into profitable solutions in line with our business strategy.
  • Provide administrative support to the department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • High School level education
  • Degree qualification (preferable but not essential)
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP/Oracle etc.,)
  • Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Data Analysis, Data reporting
  • Previous experience of working with a Parts Numbering system would be an advantage
