Position: Waste Awareness & Education Manager
Salary: £32,315 - £38,018 per annum (plus benefits) (under review)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements based on the schedule of visits, including occasional weekends and evenings.
Role Overview:
As the Waste Awareness & Education Manager at FCC Environment, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing public understanding of waste management practices. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing educational programs aimed at raising awareness about waste reduction and recycling.
- Engaging with community members and organizations to promote sustainable practices.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication of waste management initiatives.
- Monitoring and evaluating the impact of educational efforts on community behavior regarding waste disposal.
