Clinical Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader to join our team at Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and organizing the Clinical team within the pre-op & outpatients clinical team, ensuring smooth running of these clinical areas. They will also be required to work collaboratively and flexibly across different clinical areas to accommodate the service demands of each department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and organize the Clinical team within pre-op & outpatients clinical team
  • Lead smooth running of these clinical areas
  • Extensive knowledge required for dealing with audits and equipment
  • Manage the Rota
  • Work collaboratively and flexibly across different clinical areas to accommodate the service demands of each department
  • Assist in several clinical departments

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years post registration experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of running a smooth & effective department, including equipment management
  • Good communication and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to lead a team to a shared vision and promote innovation and sustainability
