Oakleaf Partnership is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team as a Graduate HR Advisor. This role will provide support to our graduate programme, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and delivering a high-quality experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graduate Onboarding: Support the graduate onboarding process, including pre- and post-joining activities.
- Event Organisation: Organise and host events, such as the annual graduate Meet and Greet and Induction.
- Graduate Rotation Management: Manage the London graduate rotation, ensuring proper exposure for APC attainment.
- HR Support: Provide guidance on company procedures to graduates, supervisors, and mentors.
- ER Casework: Manage and support ER casework and related administration.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance, absence cases, probation, and sickness notifications.
- Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with HR Business Partners on graduate-related matters.
- Global Rotations: Facilitate global rotations, placements, and secondments.
- Remuneration Process: Support the annual remuneration process.
- Payroll Administration: Handle monthly payroll administration for graduates and leavers.
- Graduate Committee: Assist with Graduate Committee initiatives.
- Newly Qualified Support: Support the transition from graduate to Newly Qualified, including APC preparation, contract and payroll administration, and event organisation for Newly Qualified Drinks.
- Reporting: Generate reports for ad-hoc requests.
Requirements:
- Exceptional Planning and Organisational Skills: Ability to plan and organise multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to Detail and Resilience: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm and Self-Motivation: Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a proactive approach.
- Diplomatic and Discreet: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Advanced MS Office Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- HR/Early Careers Experience: Experience in HR or early careers.
- Knowledge of Employment Law: Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
- Graduate Training and Event Organisation: Experience in graduate training and event organisation.
- APC and Qualification Processes: Understanding of APC and qualification processes.
- CIPD Qualification: CIPD qualification advantageous.
