IT Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Account Manager to join our team at Modern Networks Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their IT and communications needs, and promoting and selling the right solutions to meet those needs.
With a proven track record in solutions selling, ideally within the IT or telecoms industry, you will have a deep understanding of the latest technologies and trends. Your ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner will be essential in building trust with our customers and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their IT and communications needs and identifying opportunities to promote and sell our solutions.
- Proactively promote and sell our managed services and telecoms solutions to our customers, ensuring that they are aware of the benefits and value that our solutions can bring.
- Work closely with our technical teams to ensure that our solutions are delivered to the highest standards and that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including sales calls, meetings, and emails.
- Contribute to the development of our sales strategy and tactics, working closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
