Compensation:
£15 per hour, based on experience
Working Hours:
30 to 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling available between 7:45 AM and 6:30 PM.
Contract Duration:
Fixed-term contract for a minimum of 14 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.

This esteemed medical practice, employing a dedicated team of 25, operates two surgeries that serve approximately 8000 patients. The practice is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare and fostering a collaborative atmosphere among its staff.
Role Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the efficient operation of the practice. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing general administrative tasks
- Ensuring the seamless daily functioning of the practice
- Providing reception coverage and guiding patients to appropriate care
- Adhering to company policies and demonstrating reliability
- Assisting with rota and holiday planning as needed
- Acting as the primary contact for patient escalations and concerns
Required Skills:
- Strong background in administration
- Previous experience in a medical setting is preferred
