About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Manager to join our team at LMAC Group Ltd. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire bid process from bid preparation to post-tender reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the bid process from opportunity identification to project delivery
  • Liaise with various departments within the company for input into the bid process
  • Create bid timelines and schedules
  • Review bid proposals and identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement bid strategies to increase winning chances
  • Collaborate with bid teams to create high-quality bid documents
  • Manage multiple bids and proposals simultaneously
  • Provide valuable input into value proposition development, opportunity qualification, win strategy, commercial discussions, and solution delivery
Requirements
  • Proven ability in delivering winning, high-value contracts
  • Experience in government tenders and portals
  • Background in bid management from opportunity identification through to project delivery
  • Proven team leadership skills in office-based environments
  • Commercial understanding, with risk management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Effective time-management and organizational skills
  • Experience in the construction industry, Social Housing & NHS contracts
