About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Engineer to lead our Smart Factory solutions team. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and developing world-class Smart Factory solutions for our clients in the Life Sciences and Consumer Products sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to promote Smart Factory solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Architect and deliver Smart Factory solutions that meet client needs and expectations
  • Work with delivery teams to build and implement Smart Factory solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in engineering, with a focus on Smart Factory solutions
  • Proven track record of success in pre-sales and business development
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Smart Factory technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
