BIM Coordinator

Overview:
An experienced BIM Coordinator is sought to enhance a prominent BIM team within a leading civil engineering contractor.

Role Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will report to the BIM Development Manager and collaborate closely with the CAD, bid writing, and temporary works teams. The BIM team is dedicated to enhancing quality and performance in construction projects through the application of digital tools and processes.

Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A solid background as a BIM Coordinator or a motivated BIM Technician.
  • A proven history of working with established main contractors on project sites or client-side developments.
  • Experience in project management, particularly in the implementation of BIM processes, technology, and training.
