Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at The Ashton Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist with meal support and mobility, tailored to each resident's needs.
  • Create a positive and engaging atmosphere, fostering a warm and welcoming environment for residents.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to maintain a supportive and effective care environment.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred.
  • Experience: At least 6 months as a Care Assistant is ideal, but we also welcome applicants with transferable skills and a passion for elderly care.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in elderly care and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
