Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our Shared Services team. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a pivotal role in providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of statutory accounts for all Group companies and Group consolidation in accordance with financial reporting standards and best practice.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the Accounts Payable function.
  • Manage weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure the company's working capital is within agreed targets.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including board members, to advise on budget setting and monitoring.
  • Produce high-quality information, data, and KPIs to support corporate reporting.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and projects to support business needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, leading and managing a team within a medium/large company.
  • Knowledge of accounting systems and intermediate MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and V-lookups.
  • Initiative and ability to influence change through a proactive and can-do approach.
  • Resilience and ability to work in a dynamic organization undergoing change.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility, fitting into our company culture and sharing our values.
  • Accountancy qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) preferred.
