About the Clinic

Our premier clinic offers specialized medical treatments in three core areas:

  1. Skin Cancer

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform laser skin treatments for photodamage, rejuvenation, rosacea, vascular lesions, pigmentation, acne, hair removal, and tattoo removal.
  • Deliver chemical peel treatments.
  • Provide expert skincare advice and recommend suitable products.
  • Assist with clinic administration as needed.
  • Welcome and provide excellent hospitality to patients.
  • Manage patient bookings and recommend follow-up treatments.
  • Maintain accurate clinic and patient records.
  • Collaborate effectively with doctors, practitioners, patients, and other clinics to ensure a seamless treatment journey.
  • Support stock management and ordering processes.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 4 - Core of Knowledge (minimum).
  • At least 1 year of experience in the Aesthetic Industry.
  • Fluent English.
  • Exceptional customer service and patient care skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for dermatology and cosmetic treatments.
