We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetic Therapist to join our team. As an Aesthetic Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, helping clients enhance their unique beauty and boost their confidence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic goals and develop personalised treatment plans
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including skin, laser, and body treatments
- Provide pre and post-treatment care instructions and follow-up appointments as needed
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic procedures
- Ensure a clean and safe treatment environment
- Promote and cross-sell additional treatments and products to clients
- Collaborate with colleagues to refer clients for complementary treatments and services

**Requirements**:

- NVQ Level 3 in General Beauty and NVQ Level 4 in Laser and IPL
- Proven experience in performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures
- In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy and skincare techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and address their concerns
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver precise treatments
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics
- Sales skills and experience in cross-selling services and products
