About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team, providing high-quality interventions in accordance with NICE guidance. You will have the opportunity to develop and broaden your skills with clients individually and within group settings across inpatient and day care services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality CBT interventions to clients with a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and phobias.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide professional and clinical supervision to junior staff members.
- Participate in clinical governance and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
A recognized postgraduate diploma in CBT theory and practice.BABCP membership and accreditation or working towards this.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with IT and record management.Registration with the relevant professional body.What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary, excellent opportunities for professional development, and a supportive and dynamic work environment.
