We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our nursing home in Knutsford, ensuring that we provide high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing operations within the home to reach or exceed goals while ensuring the provision of high-quality care.
  • Oversee the care staff and assume full management in the event that the Home Manager is not present.
  • Train and supervise care staff in all facets of their work, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure that each resident's care plan and daily records are kept up to date.
  • Foster effective communication with residents' families and other organizations, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant experience.
  • Previous Clinical Deputy Home Manager experience.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staffing team.
  • Ability to promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care programs within the home.
