Job Title: Residential Support Worker - Children and Young People

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with emotional and challenging behaviours.

About the Role:
  • As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • You will work closely with the team to create a safe and secure environment, promoting the young people's growth and development.
  • Implementing and maintaining clear boundaries, you will provide consistent care and support, enabling the young people to feel safe and secure.
  • Flexibility is key in this role, as you may be required to cover shifts or work in different locations within the region.
  • Embracing company values and undergoing modular training, you will be equipped to provide high-quality care and support to the young people.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily care and support to young people, including meal preparation, personal care, and emotional support.
  • Work closely with the team to create a safe and secure environment, promoting the young people's growth and development.
  • Implement and maintain clear boundaries, providing consistent care and support.
  • Be flexible and willing to work in different locations within the region, as required.
