Job Title: Childrens Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childrens Residential Support Worker to join our team at a specialised secure residential facility in Hampshire.

Location: Hampshire

Salary: £28,000-£33,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

The facility provides a safe and therapeutic environment for up to ten children facing complex attachment issues, mental health challenges, and behavioural difficulties. As a Childrens Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting these young people to overcome their challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to children with complex needs
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the needs of each child
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment, promoting the physical and emotional well-being of children

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with complex needs
  • Knowledge of attachment issues, mental health challenges, and behavioural difficulties
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
