We're supporting our client, a leader in the design and manufacture of special-purpose devices and equipment for different sectors, in the search for a Production Supervisor.

Position Overview:

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the GFD (Gas Filled Detectors) department and leading a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards; meeting production targets and optimising processes to maximise efficiency.

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Well-grounded experience gained in a technical manufacturing environment
  • Track record of achieving production targets and quality objectives
  • Understanding of Manufacturing Best Practice
