Job Summary

We're seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team in a retail store environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling our products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sell our products and services, including mobile plans, handsets, and accessories, to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and meet sales targets.
  • Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile technology and products, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
