We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Boots Company PLC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our store.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and ensure that the store is always well-stocked and presented.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the store's visual merchandising and ensure that the store is always looking its best.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and retail sales.
