SSP Group is looking for an enthusiastic individual to become part of our team as an Onboard Service Representative.

Working Hours: Full Time (40 hours)
Shifts: Rotational shifts between 6 am and 9 pm, including some weekends.
Compensation: £12.00 per hour plus commission.

As a leading provider of catering and onboard services in the railway sector, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service consistently. With numerous service centers across the UK and a dedicated workforce, we are committed to excellence.

No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver 'at seat trolley service' on trains, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and processing transactions.
  • Travel on designated trains, assist passengers, achieve sales targets independently, and fulfill contractual obligations.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock and transactions, comply with hygiene and safety regulations, and support management initiatives.
  • Perform duties at the Service Centre as directed, engaging with passengers, providing information, and addressing various needs while offering accurate details on services, ticketing, platforms, and potential disruptions.
  • Eligible to claim up to 50 rover tickets for the network for family and friends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to perform certain tasks or work specific shifts.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including long hours and varying shifts.
