Peripatetic Deputy Manager Clinical Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Deputy Manager Clinical Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our care teams across various locations in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel across the region to manage and develop care teams in various care homes
  • Implement action plans to ensure high-quality care and service delivery
  • Take on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager
  • Monitor standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and deliver strategies to achieve goals

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. Previous experience of working within a nursing home setting is essential, as is evidence of continual professional development. You will also need to have experience in helping residents with different health needs, managing safeguarding investigations, and clinical risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration
