Join Our Team as a Learning Disability Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.

About the Role:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents with complex needs
  • Assist residents in achieving their goals and living independently
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience working in a social care setting
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
