Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive learning programs for children aged 0-5 years
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to early years education
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on early years best practices
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in early years education

Requirements

  • Hold a HNC/SVQ3 qualification in Early Education and Childcare or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an early years educational establishment
  • Be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment
