About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our fast-growing company, Sportlabs Technology. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in defining business requirements and supporting the team in delivering our first phase of leagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the product owner to understand and define business requirements and set product KPIs
  • Ensure business requirements are aligned with product goals
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product design
  • Analyse data to identify trends and insights that can inform product development
  • Assist with the development of user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Contribute to the design and development of new features and enhancements
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders and customers as required
  • Write functional documentation
Requirements
  • Passion for sport and technology
  • A knowledge of racket sports, specifically Tennis and its rules and formats
  • 2 years' experience in digital or software Product Management, Business Analysis and/or degree in an equivalent area
  • Experience in user research and user testing
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • The ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in writing requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Strong but personable, you will be working with a small, highly collaborative team
  • Ability to work in US Eastern Time Zone as needed
