The Role

As a Junior SAP analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the SAP system operations and assisting in the implementation of SAP solutions. This position provides an excellent opportunity for growth and development in SAP, working with experienced professionals and gaining a broad overview of an SAP team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for SAP system users, working closely with the service desk to ensure processes are followed and assisting with weekly helpdesk meetings.
  • Maintain SAP accounts and passwords, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with the functional team to learn and maintain master data through data loads, covering areas such as finance and sales.
  • Monitor system performance, identifying potential issues and flagging them for attention.
  • Review and update system documentation as required, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in system testing during development and projects, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
