Role Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Insurance Sales Consultants with a background in customer service or call center environments to join our dynamic UK team. This is a full-time, permanent role with the opportunity for hybrid working arrangements after an initial period, along with competitive incentives as part of our global expansion.

Compensation: £30,000 per annum (On-Target Earnings between £60,000 - £85,000)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to life insurance offerings.
  • Deliver clear, accurate, and fair information about our products, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and surpass individual and organizational sales and quality assurance targets.
  • Assist and reassure our clients, ensuring they feel secure in the knowledge that their loved ones are protected.

Candidate Profile
