Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Site Based Project Manager to join our client, a leading North West-based general construction contractor. As a Site Based Project Manager, you will be responsible for controlling new build construction projects in the North West region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control new build construction projects in the North West region
- Manage a team of Site Managers, between 2-5, depending on the size of the projects
- Deliver projects with values ranging from £20,000,000 to £60,000,000
- Liaise with Designers, Commercial Teams, Clients, and Site Managers
- Forge close relationships with stakeholders
- Report to the visiting Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Proven ability to control projects between £20,000,000 and £60,000,000
- Experience in apartment construction and fit-out
- Construction-related degree, ideally
- Structured career history
- Contactable references
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
Benefits:
- Salary dependent on experience: £60,000 - £80,000
