This role involves overseeing a variety of projects, including both commercial and residential structures, with a primary focus on the 'external envelope' of buildings, specifically in areas related to brickwork and masonry.


Compensation:
The salary for this position is competitive and based on experience, typically ranging from £45,000 to £50,000. For exceptional candidates, there is potential for flexibility, with salaries reaching up to £55,000. Additionally, a company van will be provided for travel between sites.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, subcontractors, and consultants.
  • Facilitate weekly progress meetings and develop timelines for project deliverables.
  • Manage subcontractors to ensure timely and compliant project completion.
  • Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to the project schedule.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain the required standards in accordance with specifications.
  • Prepare and manage schedules for defect resolution to ensure timely completion.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor.
  • A solid background in brickwork and masonry is essential.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Relevant certifications such as SMSTS, First Aid, and Black CSCS.
