We are seeking a passionate and committed Academic Support Assistant to contribute to our educational initiatives. This full-time position involves providing essential support within classroom environments. While direct 1:1 support is not included, experience or a strong interest in working with students with special educational needs (SEN) is highly valued.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver equitable support to students during general lessons and assist those with specific learning requirements in mainstream classrooms.
  • Guide students in establishing and reaching their academic objectives.
  • Collaborate with educators to facilitate support for targeted groups and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Help students with daily activities and responsibilities.
  • Provide emotional encouragement and support.
  • Assist in mainstream classroom settings.
  • Support educators with lesson planning and preparation as necessary.
  • Help students with their assignments and homework.
  • Contribute to the overall learning and development of students.
  • Continuously monitor and communicate student progress to educators.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Sciences, Social Sciences, Education).
  • Previous experience working with students with special needs is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A genuine passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.
