About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our residential Lettings team at Connells. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and book valuations for potential lettings
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements with clients
- Progress lets through to exchange and completion
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Preferably an experienced sales person with a track record of success in a target-driven environment
- Able to generate new business and meet sales targets
- Exceptional customer care and service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hold a Full UK driving license
