Key Responsibilities- Prescribe and see patients for minor illnesses
- Manage long-term conditions and provide medication support to the wider team
- Contribute to medication safety and monitoring, and provide medicines reconciliation

The PackageWe offer a competitive hourly rate of £40, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for progression and professional development. Our surgery is fully supported, with free on-site parking and a good/flexible day set up.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to be a hardworking and dedicated individual with a strong commitment to patient care. You will need to be MPharm or OSPAP qualified and registered with the GPhC. Primary Care and GP Surgery experience is desirable but not essential.
