About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Law Support Specialist to join our team at Regional Recruitment Services. As a key member of our Residential team, you will play a vital role in supporting our lawyers and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our Residential Property team, including preparing and filing documents, managing case files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and other property-related documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless case management and excellent client service.
  • Conduct research and provide information to support the preparation of legal documents and advice.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in residential conveyancing.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proficient in audio typing and experience with handling client enquiries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
