- Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure the office is well-equipped and functional.
- Implement and uphold health and safety regulations, serving as the designated Fire Marshall and First Aid Officer.
Business Support Excellence:
- Provide essential support to address broader business requirements.
Policy Management:
- Regularly update and manage office policies and procedures.
- Supervise reception duties to guarantee a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Lead initiatives for office relocations, renovations, and refurbishments.
- Manage office budgets, contracts, and operational systems, including leases, security, cleaning services, and catering.
- Oversee IT equipment and mobile device expenditures.
- Collaborate with sustainability teams to promote eco-friendly practices within the office.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including first aid and fire safety protocols.
- Effectively communicate important updates to all office personnel through appropriate channels.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Office Management.
- Proficiency in English with strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office and Excel.
- Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
