Position: Childcare Assessment Specialist / Trainer (CYPF)
Location: Home/Field based
Salary: Up to £30,000 (flexibility based on experience)

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Essential Qualifications:
- Recognized Assessor qualification: D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA.
- Experience in delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Childcare, ideally up to Level 5.
- Minimum of 2 years' management-level experience in a Residential Childcare environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and support a diverse caseload of learners pursuing Residential Childcare Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
- Assist learners with Functional Skills in Maths and English up to Level 2.
- Efficiently manage your schedule to ensure timely reviews and meetings.
- Conduct online video meetings and training sessions with learners.
- Organize and maintain accurate documentation regarding learners' progress.
- Provide support, guidance, and motivation to learners.
- Address barriers to learning and tailor delivery to meet individual learner needs.
