We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Cosmic Partners. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound activities such as cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and networking.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through outbound activities
- Utilize various tools and techniques to research and engage with potential clients
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create a seamless prospecting process and execute targeted campaigns
- Keep CRM systems updated with accurate prospect information, sales activities, and pipeline status
- Proven experience in B2B sales with at least 18 months experience with strong quota attainment
- Not phone shy - experience making outbound calls as well as other activities such as emails
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage leads
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
- Self-motivated, persistent, and resilient with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
- Hybrid working 2 days per week in a high-tech, London, Office
- Additional performance incentives
