As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care through innovative radiotherapy techniques. We utilize advanced methods such as IGRT, IMRT, and RapidArc, operating seven days a week to ensure patients receive the highest quality care.
Your Responsibilities- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, fostering their professional development.
- Actively participate in recruitment and training initiatives, ensuring a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
- Maintain the highest standards of patient care, prioritizing safety and well-being.
- Effectively manage clinical workloads, optimizing efficiency and resource allocation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for information and advice, demonstrating expertise and responsiveness.
- Contribute to clinical audit and research endeavors, advancing best practices and knowledge within the field.
- Hold a DCR(T) or BSc in Radiotherapy with HPC registration, demonstrating your academic excellence and professional standing.
- Possess practical experience working on radiotherapy equipment, showcasing your hands-on expertise.
- Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills, essential for effective collaboration and task management.
- Demonstrate the ability to teach and supervise junior staff members, fostering a culture of learning and mentorship.
