As a Locum Consultant Neurologist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will join a close-knit team of four neurology consultants and be part of the larger cross-site department. You will be responsible for providing inpatient and outpatient services in a busy, but well-supported hospital. Our neurology clinics are run on the ABN template, with 30 minutes allocated for new patients and 15 minutes for follow-ups.
At West Middlesex University Hospital, you will be part of a daily consultant-delivered referral service, with variable referrals ranging from 1-5 per day. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to cross-cover with ward referrals relating to consultant leave, requiring flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
