Our Nuffy Bear Day Nursery is on the lookout for an Early Years Childcare Practitioner to join our team within Nuffield Health.

In your role as an Early Years Practitioner, you will be part of a dedicated team providing comprehensive care and educational support for children aged from 3 months to 5 years, including full day care and sessional care.

As an Early Years Practitioner, your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality care and education, promoting health, and ensuring that children receive the best possible start in life. We are Ofsted registered and follow the Early Years Foundation Stage, offering a unique range of wellbeing-focused care for children, such as swimming lessons for those over 3 years old, making this a truly exceptional opportunity.

Candidates should possess at least a Level 3 qualification in childcare studies and have relevant experience equivalent to NVQ Level 3 or NNEB. Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in childcare studies or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a nursery environment.
  • Preferred qualifications in paediatric first aid.
  • All candidates must possess an enhanced DBS check.
