About the Role

PepsiCo is seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Operator to join our team at our Leicester manufacturing site. As a General Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements
